Cleaning Tips:

Upholstery Cleaning

1/4 Cup liquid dish detergent or laundry detergent.
1 Cup of warm water

With a hand mixer, mix the solution until "dry suds" form, (About the same consistency of whipped cream).

Test the solution on an unnoticeable section of the upholstery in question. Apply with a cloth or light brush scrubbing lightly and allow to dry. If the test piece comes out looking the same but cleaner, then you will know that the rest of the upholstery can be cleaned in this manner. Continue cleaning the upholstery from top to bottom being careful to remove any dirty suds using a spatula if necessary. Finish by wiping down the cleaned area with a lightly dampened cloth and allow upholstery to dry completely.

To speed up the drying process and prevent any water damage, open up some windows and turn on some fans to get some air circulation around the freshly cleaned upholstery.
