In 1 Gallon of tepid water mix.
1/2 Cup ammonia
1/2 Cup Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Dish Soap
Before you start be sure to avoid
washing your windows in direct sunlight,
the sun will cause the cleaning solution
dry up and leave streaks. Wash your
windows on a cloudy, but not rainy
day! Vacuum and clean the window sills
first to avoid creating mud when you
apply the solution. Apply the solution
liberally and use horizontal strokes
with your squeegee on the inside of
the window and then use vertical strokes
on the outside. This will allow you
to see which side the streaks are
on. For drying your windows if you
don't have a squeegee handy, a ball
of crumpled up old newspaper will
work just as well as a roll of expensive
shop towels. Remember to wear rubber
gloves if you don't want to get any
ink from the newspaper on you skin.
